How to Manually Add a Contact to an Automation: A Step-by-Step Guide
Method 1: Using the Contact Card
Go to the specific contact's profile.
Scroll down the left-hand side of the contact card.
Look for the section labeled "Campaigns and Workflows" or similar.
Click the "+" sign next to it.
Select the desired automation (campaign or workflow) from the list.
Click "Add" to confirm adding the contact to the automation.
Method 2: Using the Contact List View
Go to the list view of all your contacts.
Click on the contact you want to add to an automation.
Click the button labeled "Add to Campaign/Workflow".
Choose the automation you want to add the contact(s) to.
(Optional) You can schedule a specific time for the contact to enter the automation (using "Add a schedule time").
(Optional) You can choose to add the contact(s) in "Drip Mode" (drip marketing allows you to send automated emails over time).
(Optional) Enter a description for the action in the "Description" field (e.g., "Manually added, paid manually"). This helps you remember why you added the contact later.
Click "Add to Campaign/Workflow" to confirm.
