You probably know already that your platform is a high-octane piece of software. However, with so many features, getting started can be a bit daunting…

For exactly that reason, this article will give you a broad overview of your dashboard and the options on your left sidebar that you can use to access your platform’s features. Please note that availability of certain features depends on your individual plan.

Funnel Breezy: A Quick Walkthrough

Main Dashboard:

  • This is your central hub where you'll land after logging in.

  • You might initially see a "Launch Pad" offering guidance and highlighting important features.

Key Sections:

  • Conversations: Manage interactions from Facebook/Instagram DMs and email replies.

  • Calendars: Create unlimited appointment types (recurring or one-time Zoom links), connect your Google calendar.

  • Contacts: Access and manage your entire CRM contact list.

  • Opportunities: Manage sales pipelines and opportunities (ideal for high-ticket programs).

  • Integrations: Connect Stripe & PayPal for secure payments, send custom invoices.

  • Marketing: Schedule social media posts (currently only scheduling, video posts coming soon). Connect social media accounts for receiving DMs in "Conversations."

  • Emails: Create beautiful email campaigns & templates for automations.

  • Trigger Links: Set up basic triggers for actions like link clicks within emails (tag users, send emails).

  • Affiliate Manager: Create your own affiliate program for promoting courses, services, etc.

  • Automations: Build automated workflows based on triggers (e.g., email sequences).

  • Funnels: Find pre-built default funnels included in your account (highly recommended to organize them in folders).

Less Frequently Used Areas:

  • Websites & Blogs: Not needed if you have a WordPress website (most Funnel Breezy users do).

  • WordPress: Manage your WordPress site & access related information (covered in later videos).

  • Offers & Memberships: Covered in future videos.

  • Surveys & Quizzes: Use the built-in survey builder if needed.

  • Chat Widget: Add a chat widget directly to your website (alternative to Facebook Messenger).

  • Media: Find all uploaded images within your Funnel Breezy account.

  • URL Redirects: Create redirects to send website visitors to different pages.

  • Reputation: Manage Google My Business listings (mostly relevant for physical businesses or service providers with a location-based need).

  • Reporting: Access reports for connected Google & Facebook ad accounts (not a core focus for most users).
