In Funnel Breezy, business information is a crucial aspect of the platform that is used in several areas, such as invoices, emails, and calendars. Thus, it is essential to keep this information up to date. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to enter your business information in Funnel Breezy.

  2. Select Business Info

By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your business information is updated and accurate. Additionally, there are other options available in the Business Info section, such as merging your Facebook contacts and duplicating contacts. These options are not mandatory, but they can be useful if you decide to use them.

Remember that having accurate business information is crucial to the success of your business, and Funnel Breezy makes it easy to manage this information.

Editing Your Business Settings in Funnel Breezy: A Step-by-Step Guide

Accessing Settings:

  1. Go to "Settings" in the platform.

Business Information:

  1. Location ID: You can copy your location ID from this section if needed for support purposes.

  2. Business Logo: Update your logo (recommended size: 350x180 pixels, max 2.5MB).

  3. Friendly Business Name: This appears on invoices and emails (e.g., "[Your Name] | [Business Name]").

  4. Business Email & Phone Number: Ensure these are accurate for communication.

  5. Business Website & Niche: Update your website URL and niche category (optional).

  6. Address: Enter your business address.

  7. Outbound Communication: Select your preferred communication method with clients.

  8. Business ID: Input your business ID if you have a corporation.

  9. Where You Do Business: Choose the locations where your business operates (worldwide for most online businesses).

General Settings:

  1. Allow Getting Content: Leave this disabled to prevent duplicate contact creation.

  2. Contacting Me: Disable this to avoid allowing duplicate contact creation.

  3. Merge Facebook Contacts by Name: Enable this if you manage Facebook DMs and want existing contacts to be updated instead of creating new ones.

  4. Contact Time Zone: Leave this enabled for accurate calendar functionality.

  5. Mark Emails as Invalid & Validate Phone Numbers: Enable these options if you want to verify email addresses and phone numbers before sending communications (may incur additional charges).

  6. Make SMS Compliant: Enable this to add an opt-out message to your text messages and keep it compliant with regulations.

  7. Unsubscribe Link in Emails: Leave this enabled to automatically add an unsubscribe link to your emails for compliance.

Advanced Settings (Optional):

  1. Campaigns & Triggers: Keep these enabled for future use as Funnel Breezy introduces new features.

  2. Missed Call Text Back: Disable this as most communication likely happens via email, SMS, or Zoom calls.

  3. Call & Voicemail Settings: Leave disabled unless you manage phone calls through Funnel Breezy.

Saving Changes:

  • After updating information, remember to save your changes within the "Settings" section.
