How to cancel or edit an existing appointment

You can cancel or reschedule appointments right from within your calendars dashboard in Funnel Breezy.  Watch the video below to learn how:

How to Edit or Cancel or Edit an Appointment: A Step-by-Step Guide

Steps:

  1. View your calendar:

    • Log in to your online calendar system.

    • Locate the week you want to view by scrolling up or down.

  2. Identify the appointment:

    • Look for the appointment you want to edit or cancel. In this example, it's a "Discovery Call with Tasha" on the week of the 11th to the 17th.

    • You can view your appointments in two ways:

      • Calendar view: Look for the appointment block on the calendar itself.

      • Appointments list: If you don't see it on the calendar view, select your name from the list on the left side. This should show a list of all your appointments, including the one with Tasha.

  3. Edit or Cancel the appointment:

    • There are two ways to edit or cancel the appointment:

      • From the appointments list: Click on the appointment you want to edit or cancel. This will show you options like "Edit" and "Cancel."

      • From the calendar view: Click directly on the appointment block on the calendar. This will also show you options like "Edit" and "Cancel."

  4. Edit the appointment:

    • Select "Edit" if you want to reschedule the appointment for a different date and time.

    • Change the date and time to your desired slot.

    • The client will receive a notification with a link to confirm the reschedule.

  5. Cancel the appointment:

    • Select "Cancel appointment" if you want to remove the appointment completely.

    • Alternatively, you can select the appointment from the appointments list and click "Delete."

    • Confirm the deletion by clicking "Delete" again.

    • Both you and the client will receive a notification about the cancellation.
