How to Manually Send an Email or SMS Message to a Contact: A Step-by-Step Guide

Steps:

1. Locate the Contact:

   • In your Funnel Breezy dashboard, navigate to the "Contacts" section.
     
     

2. Identify Contact Details:
   

   • Click on the contact you want to message.

   • Verify if the contact has a phone number listed.

     • If they don't have a phone number, only the email option will be available.
       
       

3. Choose Communication Method:

   • If the contact has a phone number, you will see both "SMS" and "Email" options displayed.

     • Choose "SMS" for a text message or "Email" for an email message.
       
       

4. Compose Your Message:

   • A message window will appear.

     • For SMS: Enter your message in the provided text box. You can also add emojis or insert custom values (contact name, username, etc.) using the available options.

     • For Email: Enter the recipient's email address (already filled by default), subject line, and message body. You can also include links, images, and custom values like with SMS.
       
       

5. Send or Schedule:

   • Once you've finished composing your message, click "Send" to deliver it immediately.

   • Alternatively, click "Schedule" to set a specific date and time for the message to be sent automatically.
