Funnel Breezy Member Support Options

Live Chat:

  • Need immediate assistance? Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner.

  • The tech team aims to respond within 5 minutes for any Funnel Breezy related inquiries.

  • Not ideal for: Questions specific to LadyBoss Studio website templates.

Knowledge Base:

  • Explore the left-hand side menu for a comprehensive library of articles and tutorials addressing various topics.

  • Find relevant articles and supporting videos to troubleshoot your issues.

Tech Support Calls:

  • Attend bi-weekly live calls hosted by Alex, the Online Business Manager, every second Thursday at 11 AM Eastern Time.

  • Submit your questions beforehand via the Google Form linked in the call description to allow Alex to prepare in advance.

  • Recordings of the past four (updated: now, six) calls are available for later viewing.

  • For inquiries not addressed via chat, knowledge base, or tech calls, email support@funnelbreezy.com

Note:

  • Utilize the support option that best suits your needs and urgency.

  • Recordings are a valuable resource for those unable to attend live calls. However, recordings are cycled out after four (updated: six) editions.
