Creating and Editing Custom Values

Custom values are a beautiful tool to help you quickly pull links and information inside of places like emails, funnels, automations etc...  The default values will need to be edited right off the bat with your information.

How to Create and Edit Custom Values: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Accessing Custom Values:

• Navigate to "Settings" within your Funnel Breezy dashboard.

• Locate the section labeled "Custom Values."

2. Adding Your Business Information:

• You'll see pre-populated information like "Business Name," "Coach Name," "Email Address," "Website URL," and "Year."

• Click on each field and edit the information to reflect your specific details.

• Click "Update" and then "Save" after making each change.

3. Creating Additional Custom Values (Optional):

• Besides basic information, you can create custom values for any frequently used link or text snippet.

• Click on the "+" button to add a new custom value.

• Give it a clear and descriptive name (e.g., "Freebie Link").

• Enter the actual link or text you want to associate with this name.

• Click "Save" to finalize the new custom value.

4. Using Custom Values in Templates:

• Once created, you can insert custom values within your email templates, funnels, footers, and other areas.

• Look for a field insertion option, often denoted by curly braces {}.

• Within the curly braces, type the name of your desired custom value (e.g., "{Freebie Link}").

• When your content renders, the actual link or text associated with the custom value will be automatically populated.

• As your information changes (e.g., the year), simply revisit the "Custom Values" section.

• Edit the outdated value and click "Update" followed by "Save."

• Anywhere you've used that custom value within your platform will automatically reflect the updated information.
