How to share your calendar link
Sharing your calendar link with your clients and potential leads is easy. Whether you want to use the link on a button on your website or you want to share the link in an email, we'll show you how in the video tutorial below.
Sharing your Calendar Link: A Step-by-Step Guide
Accessing and Copying the Calendar Link:
Go to your calendar settings.
Find the specific calendar you want to share (e.g., "15 Minute Discovery Call").
Click on the three dots next to the calendar name.
Select "Copy scheduling link." This will copy the link to your clipboard.
Sharing the Calendar Link:
In Emails or Direct Messages (DMs): Paste the copied link directly into your email or DM. When someone clicks the link, it will open your calendar in a web browser, allowing them to book an appointment.
On Your Website Buttons:
Identify the button where you want users to book an appointment (e.g., "Book a Free Call").
In your website editor (e.g., Elementor for WordPress), set the button link to the copied calendar link.
This will open your calendar in a new tab when someone clicks the button.
Shortening the Link (Optional):
The copied link might be long and difficult to remember.
If you're using WordPress with Elementor, consider using a plugin called "Pretty Links."
Pretty Links allows you to shorten long website links to a more manageable format instead of the long calendar link.
Here's how to use Pretty Links:
Install and activate the Pretty Links plugin.
Copy the long calendar link.
In Pretty Links, create a new link with a custom slug (e.g., "discovery").
Paste the long calendar link as the target URL.
Now you can share the shortened link instead of the long one.
Benefits of Shortened Links:
Easier to remember and share.
Tracks clicks on the link using Pretty Links (premium feature).
