How to Connect Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs to Funnel Breezy: A Step-by-Step Guide

Steps:

1. Login and Access Connections:

   • Log in to your Funnel Breezy account.

   • Navigate to the "Integrations" section.

   • Look for the category with socials logo (FB and IG).

   • Click "Connect."

2. Connect Facebook Account:

   • Ideally, you should already be logged into your Facebook account. If not, log in now.

3. Choose Facebook Page:

   • A list of your Facebook Pages will appear. Select the one you want to connect (e.g., Lady Boss Studio).

4. Confirm Instagram Connection:

   • If an Instagram account is linked to the selected Facebook Page, you'll see a prompt to "Connect Facebook and Instagram." Click on it to confirm the connection.

5. Enable Message Receiving:

   • Two options will be displayed:

     • Receive Facebook Messenger Messages: Ensure this toggle is switched on.

     • Receive Instagram DM Messages: Make sure this toggle is also turned on.

6. Test the Connection (Optional):

   • This step is optional but recommended to verify the connection.

   • Log in to your personal Instagram account on a separate device.

   • Find the Instagram account connected to Funnel Breezy (e.g., Lady Boss Studio).

   • Send a test message (e.g., "Hey Tasha, would love to chat about your programs").

7. View Message in Funnel Breezy:

   • Switch back to Funnel Breezy.

   • Go to "Conversations."

   • You should now see the test message you sent from Instagram displayed within the platform.

   • You can reply directly to the message from within Funnel Breezy.

8. New Contact Creation (Optional):

   • Navigate to the "Contacts" section in Funnel Blaster.

   • You'll see a new contact automatically created for the person who sent the Instagram DM. (Note: No email address will be available initially as the connection is via Instagram DMs.)

9. Adding Contact to Pipeline (Optional):

   • In the contact's details, scroll down and click the option to "Add to Pipeline" as an opportunity.

   • Select the desired pipeline, opportunity level, and value (if applicable).

   • Choose a status (likely "Open") and source ("Instagram" in this case).

   • Click "Create" to add the contact to the chosen stage of your pipeline.
